Sue has developed and is currently teaching a Pilates program for children that aims at heightening proprioception and kinesthetic sensing. The children have a greater sense of body awareness which is key in preventing injuries and postural deviations. As well, relaxation techniques are implemented into the class to create a balanced curriculum that focuses on both the mind and body.

Why should my child be involved with Pilates/Yoga based movement classes?
